Father and Son’s Campout

I remember when Jace and I went on a Father and Son’s campout at Manderfield Lake near Beaver Utah. We had a great time with everyone that was there. When it was time for bed we set up this tent that we’d we borrowed from Jace’s uncle Richard, we quickly realized that it was a pup tent which was only big enough for Jace since he was still young (around 14 years old), we both barely fit in the tent together but my feet stuck out of the tent about a foot or so and Jace thought that was really funny. The next day we fished in the lake by the Dam and even went for a canoe ride, it was a blast being there together. Since it was the annual Fathers and Sons outing, Jace also got to spend time playing with his buddies. We also played horseshoe’s as teams and we did rather well if my memory serves me correct, Jace’s Grandpa Anderson was also there, so I believe that made it a trip, to remember. Someday we’ll have to go back there and have another fun filled day next to that beautiful lake and it peaceful surroundings.
